Read more Fishes have diverged in evolution from the mammalian linage some 450 million years ago and as a result fishes’ brain structure is different from the fundamental design of the mammalian, reptilian and avian brains. This raises the question what can we learn from the ability of fishes to solve different tasks. I will discuss how aspects navigation is implemented in the goldfish brain.
